Publisher terms
What we expect from publishers in the Pub Premier network — and what you can expect from us.
1. Eligibility and approval
Each website is reviewed before approval. We may decline or remove any site at our discretion, for example for content, traffic quality or policy reasons.
2. Ownership and ads.txt
You must own or control each website you add and publish the ads.txt lines we provide, keeping them in place while ads run.
3. Content policies
Websites must not contain or link to: adult or sexual content; violence or hate; illegal products or services; malware or deceptive downloads; copyright-infringing material; or misleading, auto-generated or scraped content. Sites must follow the policies of the demand partners serving them, including Google's publisher policies where Google demand is used.
4. Traffic quality
- No bots, click farms, traffic exchanges, pop-under traffic or incentivized clicks or views.
- Never click your own ads or ask others to click them.
- Paid traffic must come from reputable sources and comply with partner policies.
Revenue from invalid traffic may be withheld or deducted when demand partners claw it back, and accounts involved may be suspended.
5. Ad placement
Use the ad tags we provide without modifying them. Ads must not be hidden, stacked, placed next to misleading buttons or labelled in ways that encourage clicks.
6. Revenue share and reporting
Your share of advertising revenue is shown in your dashboard. Reported figures are estimates until finalized by demand partners and may be adjusted for invalid traffic or partner corrections.
7. Payments
Request payouts from the Payments page once you reach the minimum balance. Payments are made by the methods available in your dashboard. You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate payout details.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Pub Premier at any time by removing our ad tags. We may suspend or end the partnership for breaches of these terms. Earned, valid revenue is paid according to the payment terms.
