Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect personal data, and the choices and rights you have.

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains how Pub Premier ("Pub Premier", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit pubpremier.me, apply or sign up as a publisher, advertiser or partner, or use our publisher and advertiser platforms (together, the "Services").

1. Data we collect

Information you give us

  • Applications and inquiries: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website, traffic details, budget and any message you send.
  • Accounts: account details, login email, organization, websites, payout details (such as bank or wallet information) and support conversations.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for spam and rate limiting on our forms), browser type, device and pages visited.
  • Campaign data: the campaign parameters in the link that brought you to our forms (for example utm_source), so we know which channels work.
  • Security checks: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Advertising data on publisher websites

When publishers use our ad tags, our demand partners (such as ad exchanges and Google through its certified publishing partners) may process data such as IP address, device identifiers, cookies and page context to deliver and measure ads. Those partners act under their own privacy policies, and publishers are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their own visitors.

2. How we use data

  • to review applications and respond to inquiries;
  • to provide, secure and improve the Services, including reporting and payments;
  • to detect and prevent fraud, spam and invalid traffic;
  • to communicate about your account, service updates and, where allowed, relevant offers;
  • to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We process personal data to perform a contract or take steps before one, for our legitimate interests (such as security, fraud prevention and improving our Services), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host and run our platform (for example cloud hosting, database, email and security providers), under contract;
  • Advertising and demand partners as needed to deliver ads and payments on publisher websites;
  • Payment providers to send payouts;
  • Authorities where required by law, or to protect rights and safety.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Performance and payment records are kept so publishers can see their full history.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions and monitoring to protect data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details safe.

9. Children

Our Services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Cookies

See our cookie policy.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on this page or by email.
